Company trial information
Availability and eligibility
The registration page shows whether company trials are currently available. The trial includes 30 days of full access from first successful activation, followed by 90 days of view-only access without exports; one installation and no asset limit.
Company name, work email, phone number and country are required. Country is self-reported and is not a legal registration check. Personal and disposable email services are excluded. Custom company domains hosted by Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 are eligible when their email and mail records are verified. A domain and an owned inbox do not establish legal company registration.
Only one free trial is available per company domain, including its subdomains. A later applicant cannot receive another activation key, even if the first trial has expired or been revoked. We may send that applicant one email explaining the limit and queue their submitted contact details for private purchase follow-up. A registration response does not reveal whether another person at the company has already used the trial.
Verification and delivery
An email verification link expires after 30 minutes and can be confirmed once. Eligible verified companies receive a private download link valid for 24 hours. The activation key is sent in the verified delivery email. The private link provides the key again, the signed application package, installation launchers for Windows and Linux, and both deployment guides. Installation decryption material is provided separately from the package. Keep both keys and links private.
Trial expiry
The 30-day trial starts once on first successful activation. Registration, email verification and downloading do not start it. After activation the private retrieval page shows the exact expiry. Reinstalling, replacing an installation key or activating another allowed installation does not reset or extend it. After the 30-day full-access period, a newly signed installation can show existing inventory for 90 days in view-only mode. Exports, downloads, edits, scans and updates are blocked during that period. At its end, the portal locks until a valid subscription is renewed. Existing installations keep their current expiry behavior until updated. Your data is not automatically deleted, and there is no automatic charge or renewal. Contact support to discuss continuation.
